Special Interest Topic
This course will provide the opportunity for students to gain an advanced and integrated understanding of a legal topic area in which they have specific interest and for which expert supervision is available from academic staff. Apart from gaining a detailed knowledge and extended understanding of the content in the particular topic area, students will develop their cognitive skills in analysis, synthesis and critical evaluation of complex information, problems, concepts and theories.
Note: Students can only study this course once during their program.
